Quad

Our silky 2nd generation Quad line’s leapt to a different level. 5 new rounded pintail shapes built for the 4-fin concept give ultimate, dragless traction from slab surf to slush. Now earlier-planing thanks to wider outlines, smart volume flow and less tail kick, they’re faster too with a flat power section between the straps. All the extra acceleration and speed complements the tight turning ability from higher scoop entry, shorter length, awesome pintail release and extra fin toe grip for cranking it on. Now sporting the lighter, streamlined Slot Box and a broader spectrum of size choice there’s a clean-carving Quad for you. Available in 69, 75, 81, 87 and 94 litre options in no-compromise Carbon Kevlar Light Team Edition (TE) and 75 / 81 /87 in GDS as a lightweight, yet affordable alternative. All with quality Choco fins and weight-saving matt finish bottoms.

Key Features:
- Slot Box fin system for reduced drag
- Wide planshape, CAD-Engineered double concaves and supportive longitudinal volume flow with fast tail for low-end power
- Compact outline, fin toe and scoop nose entry for tight pocket carving and projection
- 90 deg rounded pintails for the smoothest finishing of turns

Victor Fernandez (E-42), PWA Wavesailing World Champion 2010:
“These days all wave shapes work in pretty much all conditions but the Quads come with that extra license to push a bit harder - but still let you keep control. That’s pretty important to any level of sailor I think. Their wind range is higher too, so they’ll probably be my first choice board in most of the places on tour.”

Klaas Voget (G-4), Fanatic R&D Manager and 7th overall PWA Wave Tour 2010:
"Our Quad shapes are capable of being pushed the hardest by the most aggressive riders but are the most forgiving to less experienced wavesailors too. All the grip and projection suits any conditions and style because it’s almost impossible to overcook your turns."

Quad TE 94 Boards UK 277_11

"...The Fanatic Quad 94 is a stunning looking board offering perhaps the most radical performance of the group. The better the conditions and ability of the rider, the more the Fanatic has to offer. It feels one of the smaller but most dedicated waveboards of the group. As a result, it will appeal more to competent rider, although intermediate riders will appreciate the Fanatic ´s smooth riding characteristics and good natured turning performace...."
